Sometimes we've been unable to return calls because we can't understand the message. Please help us out by making sure your phone number and name are clear. Please also let us know if we should avoid mentioning that we are calling from Circle of the Phoenix if we need to leave a message (i.e.  if someone who does not know you are exploring this topic may also hear a voice mail, or pick up the phone.)

What to expect when you contact us: 
One of our initiates and teachers (Jenett) normally answers the emails and returns phone calls. We try to get back to all contacts about the group  within two weeks (and we're often much faster). If you don't hear back from us within three to four weeks, please try  again: sometimes emails get lost between your computer and our email box, or phone messages get garbled. We don't respond to messages that look like spam.

If you are asking a question about Seeker classes, we'll send you an email with further information, and the location and dates for the next series if it's been scheduled. We also send out a reminder email about two to three weeks before each series begins.

Confidentiality:
We respect your privacy. We will not share your email address with anyone outside the group's leadership (as needed to answer your questions.)We do send out periodic email announcements of new Seeker class series to anyone who's asked us for information in the last year. Other people cannot see your address on these announcements. If you wish to be removed from our list, just let us know and we'll take you off.
